hi! i’m a small team of one. everything you see here is designed, packed, and shipped by me 🐱 because of that, i’m not able to accommodate refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

here are a few FAQs to help you out ♡

shipping
orders ship via USPS. you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number once it’s on the way!
please allow up to 3 days to process, and 3–5 business days for delivery.
currently, i’m only shipping within the U.S. (no international orders just yet!)

returns + exchanges
all sales are final — no returns or exchanges.
if something arrives damaged or defective, please reach out and i’ll make it right ♡
